Within the next 7 years, over 50% of the work force will be made up of Generation Y

Born in the 1980s and early 90s, the media love to paint them as lazy, wanting maximum output for minimum input. In reality they are the most highly educated, widely travelled and globally connected generation to ever enter the work place. They have grown up in a digital age, where gap years rule and jobs for life are non-existent. They have more opportunities than any generation previously, and aren't afraid to try out a number of careers before settling.

So how do you make sure your business is GenY fit for the future? Presented by Liz Jones, founder of The Training Studio, Generation whY? is a must for anyone who wants their business to be still around in 10 years.

Join us at our next Breakfast Seminar in London's West End on Tuesday 13th September or in the City of London on Wednesday 14th September.

For more information or to secure a place at one of these sessions please contact us or RSVP to your chosen session using the buttons on the right.
